How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 business hours. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on your location.
Are Bali Body products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, we are proud to be a 100% cruelty-free brand. The majority of our range is also vegan-friendly, using high-quality natural and naturally derived ingredients.
Can I use the Tanning Oils if I have sensitive skin?
Our products are formulated with skin-loving ingredients like Coconut Oil and Jojoba Oil. However, we always recommend performing a patch test 24 hours before full application if you have sensitive skin.
What is your return policy?
Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of cosmetic products, we can only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Do I still need to wear SPF with your tanning oils?
Yes, our natural tanning oils do not contain SPF. We strongly recommend applying a high-protection sunscreen 20 minutes before applying Bali Body oils to protect your skin from UV damage.
